Have you ever started on a health journey (physical, emotional, and/or spiritual) and you get derailed in the first week? Coaching can be a great way to help you stay on track. As opposed to counseling where you might unearth long held issues, coaching focuses on the here and now. Some great ways to use a coach are to set SMART goals and work with a coach to hold you accountable.
Coaching sessions can range from one hour in person to a couple of 30-minute phone sessions per week. The cost per session can range from $35-$50 per hour depending on location.
